Analytics tip: What did they do after they paid?
What do your customers do in the first 10 minutes after paying?
Example: selling a web app with features x y and z. Feature x is free. Features y and z are premium. You spend most of your homepage talking about how great feature y is.
Before:
1000 customers go to app website, signup for a trial and use feature x.
After:
100 of those customers pay, and all of them use feature z for thirty minutes after paying.
Conclusion:
All your marketing is targeted at the benefits of feature y, but your early customers seem to place more value in feature z. Maybe try showing feature z more on the homepage.

I don't think I understand from read this why what they do after paying is more important [to monitor] than [monitoring] what they do before they purchase?
